What?
The EU harmonized rules on Artificial Intelligence 2021/0106 is the first comprehensive legislation which aims to establish a legal framework for AI use within the EU and covers a wide range of AI applications, including those used in critical sectors like finance. The regulation addresses issues related to AI safety, accountability, transparency, and compliance with ethical standards. It also defines various risk categories for AI systems. This workshop offers a comprehensive review of the proposed law, ensuring a clear grasp of its requirements and equipping banks and financial institutions with the means to achieve compliance. Beyond comprehension, our program empowers participants with the knowledge necessary to actively support compliance efforts. We will delve into the underlying intentions and guiding principles of the law, fostering a deeper understanding that, in turn, enables stakeholders to formulate effective compliance strategies.

Format of the event
Hands on workshop.
- Participants are expected to bring in their laptops.
- Sample machine learning system will be setup to assist in real world use case, simulating an Enterprise MLOps program.
- Participants will be provided with workbooks and templates to assist with the workshop.
